When NYE falls on a Thursday, we pivot. For the first time in a long time, all of Cantinetta Famiglia will be OPEN on January 1 & 2nd before we take 5 days off.

Saturday January 2 El Encanto will open at 11am for brunch

After a busy holiday season, we take this time to give all of our staff a much-deserved break. All of our restaurants - Bar Cantinetta, Cantinetta Bellevue & Wallingford, COMO and El Encanto - will be closed from Sunday Jan 3 to Thursday Jan 7. We will re-open for regular hours on Friday, January 8.

FALL IS HERE, and that means Alba Truffle Season. Join us at Cantinetta in Wallingford on Thursday, October 22 for a four course menu featuring truffles, and paired with the exquisite wines of Angelo Gaja.
For this evening, the restaurant will be reserved exclusively for the Truffle Dinner. Expect candlelight, Tuscan comforts, the hum of engaging conversations and a night to remember.
