• Seattle Restaurant Week is back this Sunday! Cantinetta, COMO & EL Encanto are all participating for dinner, 5 nights a week (not on Fridays or Saturdays). Menus are posted online!

• Spring dishes! Across the board! The Ricotta Agnolotti with morels, English peas & porcini crema is April on a plate. Available at COMO!

• Lunch or dinner at El Encanto, we love a salad with protein. Staff favorites include the Kale Salad with Flank Steak and a traditional Caesar with Grilled Chicken.

• A Cantinetta classic, the Manilla Clams with Nduja Sausage broth are back in Wallingford.

• Dungeness Crab Risotto at Cantinetta Bellevue never misses.

“My favorite mezcal that we have in house currently is the El Jolgorio from Oaxaca, Mexico. “Jolgorio” is an old slang word that translates to a “party” or “gathering”, which is what we are all about! This mezcal is made from my favorite agave, Madrecuishe, which takes a much longer time to be ready for harvest. It has a lot of vegetal notes, like cucumber and bell pepper, pairing perfectly with our house-made sangrita, coming back this spring.”
